The Show Must Go Online!Grades 3-6

We are excited to offer this fun performance class amidst the current health crisis. We will produce an original musical by having all participants tape their roles and then we will edit them together to create a virtual musical.

Each week participants will have a half hour group class to learn music and choreography. Then they will get 4 private one on one sessions where their monologue and song will be coached. We will give you guidelines on how to tape them and how to send in to us for editing.

All actors will receive a finished video of the show.

Directors: Chase Leyner and Samantha Alicandri, Musical Director: Anastasia Beliakova

We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

This musical was written in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, as a way for actors to work together as an ensemble to put on a show – while staying safe in their own homes.

The authors considered what kids and drama teachers are going through and worked those themes into each scene – including the antics and technical mayhem that comes with performing a musical online.

The result is a comedic and fun story designed to lift spirits when we all need it the most.
